Frequently Asked Questions
Do you guarantee your work?
We sure do! If you’re unhappy with anything, just notify our office. You either won’t be billed for the services, or you’ll receive your next service for FREE.
What is Professional Pooper Scoopers’ Service Area?
Professional Pooper Scoopers provides its pet waste removal services to parts or all of the following middle Georgia areas: Warner Robins, and Perry, Georgia.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No, we do not require our customers to sign a contract. Instead, our focus is to build a relationship between our customers, their pets and our pet-loving staff with our providing weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and one-time clean-ups.
How do I pay? Do I need to leave a check?
Professional Pooper Scoopers invoices you once per month from our office by email. We also can auto-debit your credit card each month to make things even easier for you.
As some months might have 4 cleanings and others might have 5, changing your budget and processing each month, we do a monthly average of your invoice. (Your cleaning price x 52 weeks / 12 months.)
So, for example, if your price was $15 a week, your invoice would be $60 each and every month. Except, of course, if you request not to have a cleaning. You would get the entire cleaning cost pro-rated. (Using the previous example, if you were away for a week your cost would be $60 - $15 = $45 for the month.) WE CANNOT CHANGE THIS ACCOUNTING METHOD TO ACCOMODATE AN INDIVIDUAL REQUEST.
You may pay in the way easiest for you: American Express, MasterCard, Visa, auto-debit, check, cash, and so forth.
Do you offer flexible scheduling?
Yes. Our poop scooping services are built around your schedule. We offer weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly options and can also clean decks, patios, and dog runs.
How will I know that it’s you in my yard?
Our technicians wear visible uniforms when servicing your home. If your dog is comfortable with strangers, we can even clean your yard while they’re outside. (After all, we won’t be strangers for long.)
Can you bill me automatically?
Yes, but that’s not all. We only bill your credit or debit card after the service is complete. We feel it’s the right thing to do so you’re never paying ahead of time or for a service that gets canceled due to bad weather or other issues.
Do you also clean commercial properties?
Indeed, we do. From apartment communities to dog parks, we can customize a clean-up solution to meet the needs of large, busy outdoor spaces. We can also install pet pick-up stations and restock the bags on a schedule that works for you.
Can you scoop at my birthday party?
Absolutely. We want you to have fun and invite all the dogs you like. Our professional staff members can handle parties large or small as well as corporate gatherings, charity events, and anything in between. So relax and enjoy your day outdoors.
What happens if there is bad weather?
When severe weather conditions arise, anyone with a service in place will either receive a phone call or an email from Professional Pooper Scoopers, so keep your phone nearby and frequently check your inboxes. If you have any questions or concerns about the status of your service, you can always call Professional Pooper Scoopers for verification.
How do weather-delayed services get rescheduled?
In many cases, a Specialist will work to make sure your service is rescheduled for later in the same week. If this is the case, you will receive an email with a different date for your typical week of service. However, if weather conditions continue to be a problem and delay service, your service will resume the following week as scheduled.
Will you pooper scoop with my dog(s) in the yard?
We are all huge dog lovers here - that's why we got into this pooper scooper business!
But if your dog is protective of its yard, or if it is a jumper, we ask that you have or bring your pooch inside for the protection of all involved. Our tools are metal and jumping dogs and sharp metal corners do not mix.
In the rare instances when a client's dog has shown real aggression that cannot be managed by our trained staff we will require the dog not be in the yard while it is cleaned / pooper scooped. We have had Specialists bitten and attacked, so it is in everyone's best interest to restrict access to our Specialists while they are in the yard. (We will gladly work out a system to alert you we are about to enter the yard).
“Being elderly, I am unable to pick up after my dogs. Professional Pooper Scoopers is there for me. They do great work and, with my fixed income, their prices are very reasonable. I don’t know what I would do without their help.” – Allison
